A boutique law firm has an immediate need for a Personal Injury Paralegal with 3 plus years of law experience. The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
Temp-To-Hire Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities Include:
• Developing and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication
• Drafting demand letters
• Requesting and conducting in-depth analysis of medical records and bills Monthly case reviews
• Verifying all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and presented for maximum recovery
• Correspond with providers and insurance adjusters
• Knowledge in File Vine a plus
